She brings more than thirty years of experience and expertise in communications to this work and her own experience of living and working outside her home culture, moving from Northern Ireland to Norway, Texas, England and now Scotland.

Her communications experience ranges from working with non-profits and community organisations to some of the world's best known consumer brands. She is also a certified Cultural Intelligence facilitator, trainer and podcaster.
