Who holds this room
I have spent 25 years as a key member of leadership teams across seven countries, and most of that time in rooms where the quality of the thinking depended entirely on who was sitting in them.
That is what I bring here. I choose the women in this group carefully, because a group of experienced women is only valuable when each of them has something real to offer the others, and I facilitate with enough structure that it stays useful rather than drifting into conversation.
I do not build spaces where women are fixed. I build spaces where women think clearly alongside people who respect their intelligence and their autonomy.

What happens in the sessions?
Every session is different because every group is different. But the consistent thread is this, we think clearly together. There is space to bring what is actually happening, not a polished version of it. Sessions are facilitated with structure and warmth, and every woman leaves with something useful.
Why are sessions every three weeks?
Because real growth does not happen in the session. It happens in the space between. Three weeks gives you time to sit with what emerged, try something, notice what shifted, and come back ready to go deeper. It is intentionally spaced so that insight has time to become action.
How many women are in the group?

Are all the sessions online?
Yes, the LeadHer Circle is all online using Google Meet which means women from anywhere in the world can participate. This is part of what makes the group so rich, the diversity of perspective that comes from women living and working across different countries and contexts.
What is a mastermind for women?
A mastermind is a small, curated group of people who meet regularly to think through challenges, share perspective and hold each other accountable. Unlike a course or a coaching programme, the learning comes as much from the group as it does from the facilitator. In the LeadHer Circle, the group is intentionally small and carefully chosen - the calibre of the women in the room is part of what makes it work.
How is a mastermind different from group coaching?
In group coaching, the coach is the primary source of insight and direction. In a mastermind, the collective intelligence of the group is the resource. I facilitate the LeadHer Circle with structure and intention, but the breakthroughs often come from the women in the room, not from me. That distinction matters, because it means you are building your own thinking alongside others, not just receiving guidance.
Do I need to be running a business to join?
