Who is the LeadHer Circle for?

What role does the WhatsApp group play?
The WhatsApp group is a gentle extension of the circle, not a place of noise or obligation. It is where ideas, questions, and reflections from sessions can be held between meetings with care and respect. It moves at your pace.
What happens in the sessions?
Every session is different because every group is different. But the consistent thread is this, we think clearly together. There is space to bring what is actually happening, not a polished version of it. Sessions are facilitated with structure and warmth, and every woman leaves with something useful.
Why are sessions every three weeks?
Because real growth does not happen in the session. It happens in the space between. Three weeks gives you time to sit with what emerged, try something, notice what shifted, and come back ready to go deeper. It is intentionally spaced so that insight has time to become action.
How many women are in the group?
The LeadHer Circle is intentionally small. Small enough that everyone is known. Small enough that trust builds naturally. The exact number varies by cohort but the group is always carefully curated.
Are all the sessions online?
Yes, the LeadHer Circle is all online using Google Meet which means women from anywhere in the world can participate. This is part of what makes the group so rich, the diversity of perspective that comes from women living and working across different countries and contexts.
