You carry responsibility, for your business and often for others too.
And quietly, you know something has shifted. Not because anything is broken, but because what you built no longer fits the way it did and you cannot yet name what replaces it.
Complex transition is not something anyone thinks through alone, and that is why the right room is not a nice extra but part of the capability itself. It is one of the things I mean by Transition Intelligence.
The LeadHer Circle exists for women who recognise that moment.
I have spent 25 years as a key member of leadership teams across seven countries, and most of that time in rooms where the quality of the thinking depended entirely on who was sitting in them.
That is what I bring here. I choose the women in this group carefully, because a group of experienced women is only valuable when each of them has something real to offer the others, and I facilitate with enough structure that it stays useful rather than drifting into conversation.
I do not build spaces where women are fixed. I build spaces where women think clearly alongside people who respect their intelligence and their autonomy.

What Women Noticed
Knowing there is a group of trusted women behind me gives me such a greater sense of peace and confidence. It impacts my business, yes, but more importantly it impacts my overall wellbeing. I know in my bones that I am not alone.
Julia
The most meaningful part for me has been meeting the other women and hearing their stories. I love the connections, the similarities and the differences. The small group aspect makes it feel really special.
Carolyn
The value has been the nuggets of wisdom from a well curated group and the validation that comes from mutual respect and life experience. Hearing different perspectives has helped me see where my own thinking was limited.

You have already led, whether that was a team, a business, or a life built across several countries.
Something has changed or is about to, whether that is a role ending, a country move, a business rebuilding or a life stage turning over.
You have outgrown the way you have been working and cannot yet name what replaces it.
You are the person others rely on, and you have nowhere to think out loud yourself.
You would rather think clearly alongside women who understand the terrain than push ahead alone.
The LeadHer Circle is a small, carefully held mastermind. it brings together women with lived experience, different perspectives and shared respect, creating a space that feels grounded, intelligent and human.
Inside this space you are supported through:
Mastermind sessions held every three weeks, intentionally spaced so insight doesn't just happen in the moment, but between the moments where real growth lives.
Thoughtful accountability that helps you notice progress you might otherwise overlook, because shift feels quiet before it feels obvious.
A dedicated workbook to capture your goals and reflections of each session
A private WhatsApp group, not noise or obligation, but a gentle extension of the circle where ideas, questions and reflections can be held with respect and care.
Shared perspective from women who are thoughtful, capable and experienced - not just eager learners, but seasoned thinkers.
Recordings and transcripts of each session to ensure you don't miss anything
Everything in the design of the circle comes from a belief I hold deeply, that women grow not because they are pushed harder, but because they see themselves more clearly and are held by people who respect their agency and intelligence.

The LeadHer Circle is intentionally limited in size. The experience works because of:
The calibre and diversity of women in the room
The depth of listening and conversation
A shared sense of trust, respect and openness

The LeadHer Circle is US$1,800 for six months.
That covers mastermind sessions held every three weeks, a private 45 minute session with me each quarter, the Sanctuary workbook, the WhatsApp room between sessions, and recordings and transcripts throughout.
Six months is the term because that is how long the real decisions take.
A room like this works when the women in it are staying long enough to be known.
The LeadHer Circle is for capable, experienced women who are tired of figuring everything out alone. Women who have lived experience, something meaningful they are building or navigating, and who know that the right people around them changes everything.
You do not need to be running a business. You do need to have built something, whether that is a company, a career or a life across several countries.
The WhatsApp group is a gentle extension of the circle, not a place of noise or obligation. It is where ideas, questions, and reflections from sessions can be held between meetings with care and respect. It moves at your pace.
Every session is different because every group is different. But the consistent thread is this, we think clearly together. There is space to bring what is actually happening, not a polished version of it. Sessions are facilitated with structure and warmth, and every woman leaves with something useful.
Because real growth does not happen in the session. It happens in the space between. Three weeks gives you time to sit with what emerged, try something, notice what shifted, and come back ready to go deeper. It is intentionally spaced so that insight has time to become action.
The LeadHer Circle is intentionally small. Small enough that everyone is known. Small enough that trust builds naturally. The exact number varies by cohort but the group is always carefully curated.
Yes, the LeadHer Circle is all online using Google Meet which means women from anywhere in the world can participate. This is part of what makes the group so rich, the diversity of perspective that comes from women living and working across different countries and contexts.
A mastermind is a small, curated group of people who meet regularly to think through challenges, share perspective and hold each other accountable. Unlike a course or a coaching programme, the learning comes as much from the group as it does from the facilitator. In the LeadHer Circle, the group is intentionally small and carefully chosen - the calibre of the women in the room is part of what makes it work.
In group coaching, the coach is the primary source of insight and direction. In a mastermind, the collective intelligence of the group is the resource. I facilitate the LeadHer Circle with structure and intention, but the breakthroughs often come from the women in the room, not from me. That distinction matters, because it means you are building your own thinking alongside others, not just receiving guidance.
No. The LeadHer Circle is for capable women who are navigating something significant - that might be a business, a career change, a relocation, or a larger question about what comes next. What matters is not where you are, but whether you are ready to show up honestly and think clearly alongside other women who understand this season.
You're probably ready if you've been carrying your thinking alone for too long, if the people around you don't quite understand what you're navigating, or if you know that having the right room around you would change things. You do not need to have decided anything. You do need the readiness to look at what you have been avoiding, and that is a particular kind of grit.
The curation. Every woman in the circle has been through a conversation with me before joining, because the experience depends entirely on who is in the room. This is not a networking group or a cheerleading space. It is a place for honest thinking, genuine accountability and the kind of perspective that only comes from women with real experience and real stakes.

The group helped me stay accountable and recognise that I had made progress, even when it didn’t feel obvious. Preparing for each session made me realise how much I had actually evolved.
If you are ready for a space where you can think clearly, feel genuinely supported, and move forward without carrying everything alone - you are warmly invited to join the LeadHer Circle.
This is not about becoming someone else. It is about being supported in becoming who you are already becoming - with clarity, intention, and company that honours your experience.
Spaces are limited and intentionally small.
