I've spent more than 25 years helping organisations and individuals make sense of complexity, refine what really matters, and make decisions that feel clean and aligned.
I've lived and worked in multiple countries and cultures, and I've seen how capable women often carry too much alone because they think that's what strengths looks like.
The LeadHer Circle was born from that perspective: that progress rarely comes from effort alone, and momentum rarely stick when it's created in isolation.
I bring structure, relational insight and deep respect for your autonomy. I don't build spaces where women are fixed. I build spaces where women are allowed to become more of who they already are - with clarity, support and intention.

Who is the LeadHer Circle for?
Women who are already building or growing a business and who want thoughtful support, connection and perspective as they move into their next phase.
What role does the WhatsApp group play?
It provides continuity between sessions. It is a place to share ideas, ask questions, reflect and receive support when something is sitting with you between meetings. It is there to support you, not add pressure. You engage in a way that feels right for you.
What happens in the sessions?
Each session is structured and facilitated, with space for you to bring a current issue or question and receive thoughtful input from the coach and the group.
Why are sessions every three weeks?
This rhythm supports momentum without urgency and allows time to integrate and act between sessions.
How many women are in the group?
Numbers are intentionally small to preserve depth, trust and meaningful conversation.
Are all the sessions online?
Yes, the LeadHer Circle is all online using Google Meet. You will receive the booking for each session in your calendar and simply click the link to join. If for some reason you are unable to join the full session, all sessions are recorded and transcribed so you can catch up. Or go back and revisit the a-ha moments!
