Emily Rogers

The conversations women are having privately. Emily Rogers brings them into the room.

With 25 years across seven countries, leadership teams, boardrooms, and her own experience of transition and reinvention, Emily speaks with the authority of someone who has lived it and the warmth of someone who genuinely gets it.

“Emily has a way of saying exactly what women need to hear.” Deb, Auckland

Speaking that meets women where they are now.

Many women today are carrying everything. Responsibility, ambition, change, pressure, and the quiet question of when it will finally be their turn.

Emily speaks into exactly that moment. With honesty, warmth, and the kind of clarity that makes a room go quiet.

Her sessions blend lived experience, strategic depth, and grounded leadership. Women leave feeling seen, clearer, and genuinely ready to move forward.

“Warm, insightful and incredibly practical.” Mel, Hawkes Bay

The frame underneath every talk.

Most of what gets offered to women in the middle of change comes down to one word, and that word is resilience.

Resilience is real, and the women in your audience have more of it than they have ever been credited for. It is also the reason nobody has noticed what they are carrying.

Resilience gets you through. Transition Intelligence gets you through with yourself intact.

Transition Intelligence (TQ) is the capability of thinking clearly, acting with intention and staying anchored to who you are while everything around you is shifting. It is not a personality trait and it is not something you either have or you don't, because it is a capability and it can be built.

Emily developed it over twenty five years inside organisations and nearly a decade of work with women in exactly this season, and she teaches it through her LEAD Method.

Every keynote, workshop and panel below sits inside this frame. Audiences leave with language for something they have been living without a name for, and with a way to work on it.

It can be delivered as a twenty minute keynote, a conference session, or scaled into a half or full day workshop.

Signature Topics

The Danger of Living Efficiently Why highly capable women build successful lives that no longer feel sustainable, and what it takes to realign before burnout, resentment or disconnection take hold.

The Hidden Cost of Carrying Everything The invisible emotional labour impacting women's leadership, wellbeing, ambition and capacity - and why relief is not weakness, it is wisdom.

You Just Get On With It The assumption of capability as a reason to need nothing. What happens when the most capable woman in the room is also the most unsupported, and what organisations and communities can do differently.

If Someone Can, Give Them More Why competence attracts load, and how women can reclaim their energy, time and focus without abandoning the people who rely on them.

Volume Can Impress. Calm Can Lead. A modern reframe of women's leadership. Moving away from performative, status-driven definitions toward values-led, grounded, sustainable impact.

The Ripple Why women in midlife are one of the most overlooked forces for change in the world, and what happens when they stop waiting for permission.

What happens in the room

The Ripple is a signature topic because I have watched it happen.

Tammy came along to an Empower Her morning I was hosting in Epsom, Auckland. She knew very little about the community and nobody in the room. She now hosts her own.

She created the kind of room where you could arrive as yourself, have an honest conversation and feel that the women around you genuinely wanted you to succeed. I remember feeling at home and thinking, I want more of this in my life.

One woman creates a room where another woman feels she belongs. That woman then carries the feeling into every room she creates. It shaped how I now host, welcome, connect and cheer for other women.

A keynote is one hour. What I am actually building is the room, and what the women in it do with the feeling afterwards.

About Emily

Emily Rogers is the founder of The Leap To Lead. She has spent 25 years as a key member of leadership teams across seven countries, in Australia, Hong Kong, India, China, Taiwan, New Zealand and now Bangkok.

She has led business transformation, managed the people and financial realities of real organisations, and served on boards. She currently leads transformation and AI adoption inside a New Zealand family business, which keeps her close to the complexity her audiences are working inside every day.

She has also relocated her family more times than she can count, raised two daughters through all of it, and built this business while everything else kept moving.

Emily understands the emotional realities of transition and the strategic realities of leadership at the same time, and she does not separate them, because in real life they never are.

Once people work with Emily, they find ways to keep working with her.

“The room was still talking about it afterwards.” Susan, Taipei
