Redefining Leadership: Why the Old Rules No Longer Apply to Women

For generations, the concept of leadership has been boxed into a very specific, narrow definition. We were taught that it was all about job titles, status, visibility and power. But if we are being honest, those are traditionally male definitions of what it means to lead.

Instead, it is about being the person who can think clearly in the middle of chaos and steady those around them. Often, leadership is at its clearest when the volume is low and the presence is strong.
