The Secret Space for Women

The Type Of Space Many Women Secretly Seek

Over the past few weeks we’ve been exploring some important questions together. Questions about identity and the seasons of leadership we move through. Questions about structure and the way we build work and lives that are sustainable. Questions about momentum, and why motivation alone is rarely enough. Questions about the environments we place ourselves in and the conversations that shape our thinking.

Each of these reflections has come from real conversations I’ve had with women recently. Women who are thoughtful about the lives they are building. Women who care deeply about doing meaningful work, while also wanting to be present for the things that matter most outside of work. Women who are capable, experienced and intelligent… and yet still sometimes find themselves sitting quietly with a question that sounds something like this:

What does the next chapter look like from here?

Not because something is broken. But because something inside them is evolving.

Over the past few years, the women who have found their way to me have often been in this exact moment. Some are stepping out of long corporate careers and building their own businesses. Some are already running businesses but are ready to lead them with more clarity and intention. Some are navigating significant transitions and want to think carefully about how the next chapter unfolds.

And while their circumstances vary, the underlying need is often the same. They want space to think clearly. They want thoughtful conversations with people who understand the complexity of leadership and business. They want practical strategy that actually works in the real world. And perhaps most importantly, they want to know they are not walking the path alone.

Over time I began to notice something. The biggest shifts rarely happened in isolation. They happened in conversations. They happened when women had the opportunity to step out of the daily noise of life and sit in spaces where ideas could be explored openly.

Spaces where clarity was valued just as much as ambition. Spaces where someone could say, “This is what I’m wrestling with,” and be met with insight rather than judgment. I’ve been fortunate to witness these kinds of conversations many times through my coaching work.

And the ripple effects have been extraordinary. Women make braver decisions. Businesses evolve in thoughtful ways. Leadership deepens. Life becomes more aligned with what truly matters.

For a while now I’ve been reflecting on how to create more spaces like this intentionally. Not large programs filled with noise and endless content. But something quieter. More thoughtful.

A space for a small group of women who are serious about the lives and work they are building. Women who value depth over hype. Women who are ready to think strategically about their next chapter. And so, after a lot of thought, I’ve decided to create something new.

It’s called the LeadHer Circle. It’s a small mastermind style space designed for women who are building businesses or stepping more fully into their own leadership.

The intention is simple. To create a room where thoughtful conversations happen regularly. Where clarity and strategy sit alongside reflection and support. Where the women inside the circle challenge and encourage each other as they build the next chapter of their work and lives.

It will be a small group, because the power of spaces like this comes from the depth of the conversations within them. And while the details are still unfolding, I wanted to share it with you first because these past weeks of writing have been leading here.

Over the coming days I’ll share a little more about how it will work and who it’s designed for. But for now, I’m curious about something.

When you think about the next chapter of your life or work, what kind of support would make the biggest difference? Is it having space to think clearly? Is it strategic guidance from someone who understands business and leadership? Or is it simply being in a room with other thoughtful women who are building meaningful things too?

Because sometimes the most powerful step forward is simply choosing not to walk alone.
